RETURN POLICY / REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us in accordance with the terms mentioned below. RETURNS

One can return a product just within 48 hours of the product being delivered.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. The product should be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Products that have been used, worn, altered, damaged, or returned without the original tags and labels may not be accepted for return.

With such return option, an amount will be deducted from the refund amount itself, as per the delivery charges.

RETURN PROCESS

After the product has been delivered, you can initiate a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us regarding a return, please provide the necessary order details so that we can identify the purchase and assist you with the return process.

Once your return request has been received, we will provide you with the necessary information regarding the return process.

The returned product must meet the conditions mentioned under the Returns section of this policy.

CANCELLATION

After the order has been placed, you can cancel the order within 24 hours.

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, we start initiating the order from our end. After this process has started, the order may not be eligible for cancellation.

Customers who wish to cancel their order should contact us as soon as possible within the applicable cancellation period.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.

Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your returned item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Once the refund has been approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment mode within 5–7 working days.

The refund amount may be subject to deductions applicable under this Return Policy, including the applicable delivery charges.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may also depend on the payment method or financial institution used for the original transaction.
